Verify a Regent receipt

Paste a signed decision receipt (or allow token). Verification runs entirely in your browser against this server's published jwks.json — the token never leaves your machine.

What a valid receipt proves: this exact decision (decision_id) was authorized by the Regent gate for this agent, amount and payee, under the stated mandate — and the signature binds it to the request via args_hash. Programmatic check: POST /v1/control/receipts/verify {"token": "…"}.
